Section 8 fight between Telugu states; KCR to sit on deeksha?

The political war between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana has been intensified over the issue of Section 8 and its likely implementation in Hyderabad city. Telangana CM KCR, who met Governor ESL Narasimhan, a little while ago, and has reportedly made it clear that they are against the implementation of Section 8 in Hyderabad city. But there are indications that Section 8 is likely to be implemented as Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi has advised the Governor that he has the special powers under the Section 8 of AP Reorganisation Act and also asked him to monitor cash-for-vote probe issue. Tension prevails in Hyderabad at the moment with news of KCR sitting on Deeksha, as things are expected to go out of his hands.
