Governor is the neutral person for common capital : Yanamala

Andhra Pradesh state finance minister Yanamala Rama Krishnudu, addressing the media, said that as per the legal opinion of Attorney General on Section 8 issue, the Governor is bound to follow the rules in accordance with the constitutional norms. He has targeted TRS government and criticised it for making the issue controversial. He demanded TRS to rethink about the issue giving clarification that both states have same power on Hyderabad as it is the common capital.
