Ex Councillor's wife turns a thief

Ex Councillor's wife, who is at one stage a rich woman has turned into thief due to circumstances. The woman targeted the devotees of Tirupati and Tiruchanoor.She has begun focussing on lady devotees who come wearing with much jewelleries. She gained expertancy detracting the attention of ladies and steal the valuables worn by devotees. Police who were informed of regular theft operations chased the case and arrested woman by means of CCTV footage.
