Smriti Irani Fake Degree case hearing on August 28

Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani has faced fresh trouble for allegedly giving false information about her educational qualification. Delhi's Patiala court on Wednesday took cognizance of a complaint filed against her by Ahmer Khan. Smriti Irani's counsel addressing the media has clarified that his client has not done any legal mistake related with information posted in election affidavit about her educational qualifications . He added that complainant must show proof on the day of hearing. The court has deferred the next hearing to August 28.
