20 army jawans killed in militant attack in Manipur

At least 20 jawans were killed in militants attack in Manipur's Moltuk valley in Chandel district with advanced rocket-propelled grenades (RPG) and automatic weapons. Twelve others were injured. The incident took place near India-Myanmar border. The investigations on the incident are on. Due to dense forest area rescue operations were facing obstacles. The injured jawans were shifted to Nagaland hospital through helicopters.
