Governor to implement Section 8 in Hyderabad?

Cash for vote scam and phone tapping issues have entirely changed the political scenario in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Governor ESL Narasimhan has reportedly sought permission from the centre to implement the Section 8 in Hyderabad. It has been reported that the Governor has given notices to AP and TS DGPs asking them not to intervene in the issues which are linked with law and order situation, security and legal aspects.
