Husband Tortured Wife and House Arrested for 18 months

A heinous crime took place in Chandrayana Gutta at old city area of Hyderabad and a person has house arrested his wife since 18 months and made her write a suicide letter and planned for her murder. The wife fortunately could manage to come out of the house arrest with the support of locals and NGO and she complained against her husband in Chandrayana Gutta police station.
