Current shock kills 5 of a family in Vijayawada

A shocking and heart pounding incident took place at Urmilanagar of Bhavanipuram in Vijayawada on Tuesday morning. Four members of the same family and another neighbour, including a woman, died. According to reports, iron rods were being taken to the top of a building, when they came in contact with high level tension wires. In the process, high voltage current passed through the rods to the nearby building killing the five persons. CPM leaders faulted the high level tension wires passing over the building.
