Pankaja Munde in Rs. 200 crore scam

Maharashtra Minister for Child Welfare Pankaja Munde has been accused by the opposition Congress party that she earned Rs. 200 crore in kickbacks, while purchasing books and water filters for government school children in Maharashtra. Pankaja is daughter of late Union Minister Gopinath Munde. The Congress leaders said that she did not follow any stipulations in the purchase and gave the contracts to her chosen firms and earned kickbacks.
