Telangana Chief Minister Chandrasekhara Rao promised people that he would start the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy life irrigation project works only after providing one government job to each family and giving lands to compensate the people who gave away their lands for the project, irrespective of the cost. He addressed the people after laying foundation stone for Palamuru-Ranga Reddy life irrigation scheme in Mahbubnagar district on Thursday. He also unveiled the pylon of the project. He assured of completing the project within two and half years.
