Pranab Reaches Tirumala

President Pranab Mukherjee reached Tirumala for the darshan of Lord Varaha Swamy to a grand welcome by the TTD and other important officials. Governor Narsimhan, CM Chandrababu Naidu and other VIPs accompanied him. Legend has it that Lord Venkateshwara has given a boon to Lord Varaha Swamy that devotees visiting Tirumala should first have Lord Varaha Swamy's darshan and then only seek his blessings. Varaha Swamy is one of the 10 incarnations of Lord Vishnu.
