Cash for Votes : HC rejects Stephenson's petition

The Hyderabad High Court has dismissed the petition of nominated TRS MLA Elvis Stephenson, who sought change of the bench in the hearing in the cash for vote scam case.The High court has also rejected Stephenson's plea to remove his name as an accused in the related case. The High Court after striking down the petition seeking change of the bench, said that Stephenson has been trying to mislead the court and hence action is likely against him under section 15.
