Online shopping: customer receives wooden pieces instead laptop

Dayakar Rao, a resident of Vidyanagar colony in Sangareddy city, has received two wooden pieces through courier when he had ordered for a laptop. Dayakar said his brother Kamalakar Rao placed an order for a HP laptop through Paytm, online shopping website, on June 15 by paying an advance of Rs 30,000. Dayakar received a parcel on June 24 through the Express courier service. Surprisingly, Rao found two wooden pieces in the parcel. Dayakar said that his brother informed Paytm about the parcel and they have asked him to re-send the parcel through the same courier.
