MP Kavitha Aggressive speech over Vigil Blower Issue in Parliament

MP Kavita speaking in the Parliament on Vigil Blower issue reminded that the present IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has asked for broader framing of victimisation. Kavita further mentioned that entire nation would feel that the own people of the Government are not taken in to confidence in framing this bill.
