Probably the first scam in free India is getting in to the light with the missing of INA treasure which was collected by its chief Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose is reported to have collected gold, cash and jewels to sell for his armed Independence struggle. One of the 37 secret 'Netaji files' in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) and Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) deals with the 'INA Treasure'.
