Dark glasses when meeting PM Narendra Modi lands him in big trouble

An IAS officer in Chhattisgarh has made news for wrong reasons. The district magistrate of Bastar, has been faulted by state BJP cadre for violating the protocol and breaking IAS rules during his meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier this month. Amit Kataria has been issued a notice warning him for wearing dark glasses while greeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Naxal-affected areas of the state.
