Heroine Aarthi Agarwal has died suffering a heart attack today following a liposuction in USA hospital. Aarthi Agarwal was born on 25 th March 1984 in New Jersey and she is 31 years old. Aarthi made her debut in Bollywood through Pagal Pan and later in Tollywood with Nuvvu Naku Nachchav. Aarthi had a very successful stint in TFI as majority of her films were literal blockbusters. But she could not sustain the success mellowing down to emotional weaknesses and she attempted suicide following love failure with a young and happening hero in 2006.
