KCR's bumper offer wins over RTC Unions

CM KCR has given bumper offer to the RTC by sanctioning the 44% fitment while AP Government gave 43% fitment. CM KCR further stated that the salaries will be paid from June on wards by clarifying that 50% of the arrears will be given through bonds while the remaining in three installments. CM KCR further proposed change of GHMC act and share the burden of RTC subsidies.
