Depressive speech of CM KCR in Basava Jayanti - Whats Wrong?

Telangana CM KCR took part in the Basava Jayanti celebrations yesterday. During Mahatma Basaveshwar Anniversary Celebrations, he promised to allot 1 acre land for Lingayath Bhavan and sanctioning Rs.5 Crore. He said if God permits he himself will lay the foundation stone of the building. Earlier, at an artistes meeting, he said it is the responsibility of artistes and TRS activists to take forward the Telangana spirit.
