Special status for AP: NDA does U Turn - Exclusive

The Central government has made it clear by announcing that it is not going to accord special status to AP or any other state. This has been announced by the planning minister Indrajeet in the Lok Sabha. The minister said that other 11 states who have been availing the special status will continue to enjoy the status in future as well. He has also highlighted the recommendations of the 14th finance commission in this regard.
