CCTV footage: Car crushes infant girl to death in Ludhiana

In a heart-jerking incident, a little girl named Damul, was crushed to death by a car due to the driver's negligence outside their house in Kitchlu Nagar in Ludhiana. The unfortunate incident took place on Thursday night when Damul, daughter of Vikram and Shivani was playing on the street with her cousin. As can be seen in CCTV footage, the driver Ramesh, maneuvering the car in the reverse gear and ran over the child. He was said to be drunk when the incident happened. Is it the negligence of driver or the patients to be blamed?
