Rasamayi Balakrishna Emotional Speech in TS Artistes Program

Mankondur MLA and chairman of Telangana Samskrutika Sarathi (TSS) Rasamayi Balakishan, in an emotional speech during the Telangana artistes training programme held in Madhapur yesterday, said he is indebted to the CM K Chandrasekhar Rao for providing government jobs to singers like him and giving them a platform to serve the state through their art. Balakishan even shed tears during his speech.
