Statue of Liberty 'all-clear' after false bomb alert

A bomb threat has been alerted closed the iconic New York landmark i.e 'The Statue of Liberty' on Friday.Fear gripped tourists who were present in large numbers have been evacuated from the premises of statue of Liberty and the island near it. From the sources, it is learnt that a 911 caller has threatened to blow up the historic monument. Sniffer dogs have been pressed into area but after a sweep the area was given the all clear.
