Tech News - Apple Watch ready to start ticking

After much hype, Apple's watch is ready to tell time and checking texts for millions of folks. The watch will be previewed today at a press event in San Francisco, starting at 1 pm with Apple CEO Tim Cook expected to lead the presentation. The watch will go on sale from April at $350 and offer much of I-phone experience on the wrist. One can check texts and emails along with mapping information with pulling up the I-phone.
