Real Estate boom started in Hyderabad : CM KCR

CM KCR speaking in the Assembly said that around 10,000 acres of assigned lands are illegally occupied in Hyderabad. KCR said that the people and the institutions who encroached up on this lands did not come forward to regularise them even after Government's initiative as there is a risk of prosecution. KCR clarified that the real estate boom has just started again in Hyderabad and assured that it would accelerate sooner than later . . . . . .
