Watch Cook using kitchen at Delhi railway station as toilet

While Indian PM is advocating Swachch Bharath initiative, Indian Railways are becoming famous for the dirt, tardyness and unsanitary station-kitchens. A report by a leading news channel shows a man who must be chef is using the kitchen at the railway station at Delhi as a toilet. As seen in the video, the man when asked for an explanation says, 'It was an emergency'. With the number of people using railways services this action definitely calls for a revolt.
