Congress MP V Hanumantha Rao in his characteristic way satires on the Railway Budget presented by Suresh Prabhu today. Speaking to media persons he said that this budget has nothing. He said, "They have given this 20kg budget script to every MP but it has nothing for Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Till yesterday they have misguided people, now they are misguiding MPs.
