MP Vinod aggressive speech over Power Crisis in Telangana - Lok Sabha

Karimnagar TRS MP today raised a question in parliament during question hour regarding the initiatives of Central Government taken in allocating power to states. He made a strong point saying that Andhra Pradesh has surplus power though they don't have fist of coal in AP, whereas the condition is opposite in state of Telangana. While he was asking the question, the Speaker told not to comment on other states and has cut the mike.
