Venkaiah Naidu Satires on Ex-PM Manmohan in RS on AP Division Act

Parliamentary affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu made fun of AP Birurcation Act and former PM Manmohan Singh. He speaking on AP Birurcation Act said that he had hard time understanding the Act and had to seek permission of former PM who has sent Jai Ram Ramesh to know the provisions in it. While speaking on Polavaram Ordinance he satired on Congress leaders that we have given chance for last 50 years and now why not able to listen for even 9 months.
