No special court for Telangana : High court

The High Court clarified that there is no provision in the AP reorganisation act about setting up a separate high court to the Telangana state and it stated that the present high court building will go to Telangana after setting up the high court in AP. The high court further stated that the central minister's letter is not on the lines of AP reorganisation act and said that the act should be amended if the letter had to be taken in to consideration . . .. .
