The 62nd National film awards are announced by the Government today and Chaitanya Tamhane's Court is adjudged as the best feature film while Bollywood flicks Haider and Mary Kom bagged the key honours. Kangana Ranaut , 28 has won the best actress award for her powerful performance in the film heroine. She has just celebrated her birthday yesterday and she got a belated present today in the form of a national award .
