National Anthem Cut Short At Jayalalithaa's Swearing-In Ceremony

Jayalalithaa's swearing-in ceremony at Madras University auditorium in Chennai on Saturday has turned controversial. Violation of constitutional rules have been reported in the presence of some of the highest dignitaries of the state as the national anthem was cut short by 20 seconds during the swearing in ceremony .A short version of the national anthem is played followed by the 'Tamil Thaai Vazhthu.'
