High Court Sensational Verdict On Land Pooling of AP New Capital

High Court's sensational verdict on land pooling has allowed AP Capital farmers to release a sigh of relief. High Court has ordered that the farmers who are against land pooling should be exempted from land acquisition. As known, the AP Govt has finished the first phase of land pooling from Thullur and adjacent villages for AP New Capital. However, few Thullur farmers have filed a petition in High Court that their fertile lands should be exempted from Land Pooling and forceful land acquisition.
