Venkaiah Naidu Incredible Satirical Speech in Parliament

Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu addressing the Parliament said that one needs to create and produce wealth and distribute it. He in a satarical manner said that one who distributes wealth without producing will be left only with a 'Pancha'(Lower Cloth). Being a great Orator he made magic with words emphasizing the stress of Debt on India and that one should jointly address the problem and take it forward.
